Discounts from THB 100,000 depending on size are available for a limited period only during the launch period.

Payment terms at Aspire Onnut Station are generous and straightforward. A booking fee of THB 50,000 for 1-Bedroom units, THB 70,000 for 1-Bedroom Plus units or THB 100,000 for 2-Bedroom units is required as soon as possible to reserve.

Thereafter a further 15% deposit (less the booking fee) is required to be paid to AP within 14 days after which a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. No further payment is required until completion in 2025 at which time the remaining 85% will be due. 

Purchasers are free to re-sell their units at any time and mortgages are available for qualified foreign buyers from Kasikorn Bank (Hong Kong residents), UOB, and MBK. 

The Common Area Management charge for Aspire Onnut Station will be THB 50/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment will be THB 500/M2. This means the monthly charge for a 1-Bedroom unit of 27 sq.m will therefore be THB 1,350 (US$ 38).
