Payment terms for Nue Riverest Ratburana are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB 100,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

Thereafter a further 15% deposit is required to be paid within 15 days during which time a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. A further 15% deposit is required within 60 days. The remaining 70% payment is due upon transfer at the Land Office around Q4 2025 leaving 3 years for capital growth to accrue.

Nue Riverest Ratburana is located on a wide tree-lined road running alongside the West bank of the Chaopraya River, a few minutes from Bangkok’s CBD in the Sathorn area of the city.

The nearest BTS Skytrain Station from Nue Riverest Ratburana is Taladplu Station. Krungthonburi BTS Station is also within a short drive and from there it is just three stops to Chongnonsi, at the centre of Bangkok’s CBD area in Sathorn. The BTS Gold Line running to Icon Siam opened in 2021.

The MRT Purple Line from Tao Poon to Ratburana covering a distance of 23.6 Kms with 10 stations, has started construction and will open 850 metres from Nue Riverest Ratburana by the end of 2027.

Within easy distance of Nue Riverest Ratburana are several well-known shopping destinations including Big C Ratburana, Sena Fest, The Mall Thapra and Icon Siam. A special selling point for Nue Riverest Ratburana is its close proximity to the planned Purple MRT Line extension and Ratburana MRT Station opening just 850 metres from the development.
