Payment terms at Rhythm Charoenkrung Pavillion are simple and straightforward.

A booking fee of between THB50,000 and THB200,000 depending on the size of the unit is required as soon as possible to reserve. 

After the booking fee is paid a 10% deposit is required to be paid to AP within 7 days after which a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. Final payment is required upon transfer of ownership.

The Common Area Management charge for Rhythm Charoenkrung Pavillion is THB50/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB500/M2. This means the average monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 35 sqm unit-type is THB1,750.
