Prices at Issara Sathorn  start at 4.99 MB (US$ 138,064, HK$ 1,077,519, SG$ 185,616, CNY 1,003,204, Euro 126,702).

Payment terms for Issara Sathorn are straightforward. A booking fee of either THB 50,000 or THB 100,000 – depending on unit-type - (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

Thereafter a further 10% (less the booking fee) is required to be paid within 14-days at which time a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is to be signed. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. The remaining 90% will be payable upon transfer.

After the free first year promotion the Common Area Management charge for Issara Sathorn  will be THB 75/Sq.M/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB 800 per sq.m.
