Purchase Procedure

Purchasing your apartment at Goldcrest Suites is simple and straightforward with a booking fee of GBP5,000 payable to reserve your unit.

A 20% deposit (minus your booking fee) is payable upon exchange of contracts (signing the sales and purchase agreement) within 28 days of booking.

Upon completion in early 2020 the remaining 80% will be due. The developer is offering special mortgages for 30% LTV at only 2.99% for up to 10-years. This means you need only pay 70% in order to own your unit. Alternatively, bank-backed mortgages for up to 70% LTV are available for qualified Thai buyers.
