Life Phahon-Ladprao is AP’s latest condominium launch in the popular Ladprao district, and their first launch in the area since Life Ladprao The Valley in 2018. prices, promotions and payment terms

Prices for Life Phahon-Ladprao start at 4.6 MB (US$ 125,734, HK$ 984,560, SG$ 169,454, CNY 909,546, Euro 115,804) and discounts from THB 200,000 to THB 600,000 depending on size are available during the launch period.

Payment terms at Life Phahon-Ladprao are generous and straightforward. A booking fee of THB 50,000 is required as soon as possible to reserve.

Thereafter a further 12% deposit (less the booking fee) is required to be paid to AP within 30 days after which a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. No further payment is required until completion in Q3 2023 at which time the remaining 88% will be due. 

Purchasers are free to re-sell their units at any time and mortgages are available for qualified foreign buyers from Kasikorn Bank (Hong Kong residents), UOB, and MBK. 

The Common Area Management charge for Aspire Onnut Station will be THB 60/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment will be THB 500/M2. This means the monthly charge for a 1-Bedroom unit of 35 sq.m will therefore be THB 2,100 (US$ 60.60).
