Payment terms for NIA by Sansiri are straightforward. A booking fee of THB100,000 is required to secure a studio or 1-Bedroom unit, and THB 200,000 for a 2-Bedroom unit-type. Thereafter a further deposit of 35% is payable and the Sales & Purchase Agreement will be signed. The final payment will not be due until completion in September 2023 when the remaining 65% minus the booking fee will be due.
