Project Specifications

Noble Around Ari was constructed on a land plot of  3 Rai and 23 Sq.W. and was completed in Q1 2023. The development comprises two buildings with  611 units; Building X, which is 39 stories high with 533 units, and Building Y, a 7-story with 78 units. 

Residents of Building X enjoy a range of premium facilities including a sophisticated lobby, a mailroom, The Mezzanine Library, and the Uptown Sky Lounge on the 23rd floor. Prices, Reservations & Payment Terms

Noble Around Ari offers fully fitted units starting from THB 205,000 per square meter, with total prices beginning at THB 5.43 million. (US$ 158,447.40, HK$ 1,234,423.62, SG$ 207,051.33, CNY 1,130,015.58, Euro 142,501.66).

Payment terms for Noble Around Ari are straightforward. A booking fee of THB 100,000 –depending on unit type - (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required within 30 days of paying the deposit. 

Thereafter 30% is required to be paid due along with the signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).  The remaining 70% balance should be settled within 60 days after the deposit.

Management Fees for Noble Around Ari are set at THB 75 per sq.m. per month, with a requirement to pay six months in advance. Additionally, a one-time Sinking Fund of THB 450 per square meter is payable upon property transfer.
