Noble State 39

Noble State 39 is an exciting new condominium launch on one of Bangkok’s premier residential roads, and ideal either as an end-use or a rental investment. Due to scarcity of development land in the area new project launches in Phrom Phong are rare and Noble State 39 is expected to attract considerable buyer interest.

The concept behind Noble State 39 is “To be modern is not a fashion, it is a state” which reflects the project’s location in a unique part of Bangkok where there is a “well-balanced blend of Thai and foreign cultures.”

Noble State 39 comprises 349 FREEHOLD condominium units in a single high rise building of 38-Floors. There will be 189 car parking spaces (54%) available for residents on a first-come first-served basis. Noble State 39 is to be constructed on a land area of just over 1.3 Rai equivalent to 3,000 square metres, and will be completed in mid-2022.

The Thai developer behind Noble State 39 is Noble Development Public Company Limited. The company’s primary business is the development and management of residential projects, including condominiums, single detached houses and townhouses. The company also operates other related businesses, including residential property rental services, and property management services. Founded in 1991, company shares were first listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in June, 1997. The company's first project was Noble Park, unveiled in December 1991, the first “horizontal condominium” in Thailand. Noble House Phayathai, completed in 2009, was its first high-rise condominium development, a 30-storey tower with 300 residential units. As at the beginning of 2018, a total of 44 residential projects had been launched.
