Prices, Reservations & Payment Terms

NUE Epic Asok-Rama 9 prices start at THB 3,766,000 (US$ 109,662; HK$ 854,787; SG$ 143,281; CNY 782,141;  EUR 99,615.22) These prices are based on current exchange rates and may vary.

Underpayment terms of NUE Epic Asok-Rama9, a booking fee of THB 100,000 is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit. 

Afterward, within 14 days of paying the booking fee, a 15% deposit payment is due along with the signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), with the booking fee amount deducted from this payment. An additional 15% payment is required within 60 days of the initial deposit. The final 70% payment is due upon completion of the project in July 2028.

The common area management fee at NUE Epic Asok-Rama 9 is THB 55 per square meter per month, paid one year in advance. Additionally, there is a sinking fund of THB 500 per square meter, intended for future maintenance and repairs of common areas which is paid one time only upon ownership transfer.
