Payment terms for Radisson Phuket Mai Khao Beach are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB100,000 is required to secure your unit. Thereafter 30% deposit is required within 14 days of booking. There are no further payments required until completion in Q4 2022 at which time the remaining 70% will be due.

The Common Area Management charge for Radisson Phuket Mai Khao Beach will be THB50/sqm/month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment will be THB600/sqm. This means the average monthly management fee for a Deluxe Sea View Studio 41 sqm unit-type will be THB2,050 (US$67, HK$528, SG$91, CNY472, Euro61).
The Hotel Management Agreement is for 15 years, with the option for the developer and Radisson Hotel Group to continue for an additional 15 years. 

All investors in Radisson Phuket Mai Khao Beach will benefit from a guaranteed rental yield of 6% for the first three years of ownership. Net rental returns are projected to be between 4.55% and 6.5% per annum from the fourth year onwards depending on the occupancy rate of the hotel and the room type. All owners must comply with a mandatory leaseback agreement for hotel management.
