Thereafter a further deposit of 15% is payable within 2 weeks of booking and the Sales & Purchase Agreement will be signed. A final deposit of 15% is payable within 90 days of signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement. The final payment of 70% will not be due until completion in October 2020.
