Payment terms for VEHHA Hua Hin include a booking fee of between THB 20,000 and THB 200,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) depending on unit type which is required as soon as possible to reserve.
A deposit is required upon signing a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the final majority payment only due upon the project’s completion in Q4 2024.
The Common Area Management (CAM) charge for VEHHA Hua Hin will be THB 65/M2/Month paid 12 months in advance. This means the monthly CAM fee for a 28 M2 unit will be THB 1,820 (US$ 50). The Sinking Fund payment due upon completion will be THB 650 per sq. metre.
