Bang Chak - Udomsuk
The Bang Chak – Udom Suk neighborhood began growing when the BTS (Skytrain) expanded eastward, adding stations at Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk and beyond, and several projects are under development in the area. Residents have traditionally been Thais, though more middle-income foreigners are relocating there.
Condominiums average THB 130,000–170,000 per square meter. Recent projects include:

The neighborhood hosts several hotel/serviced apartments including: Brighton Hotel and Residence, Viva Garden Serviced Residence, Chateau De Sukhumvit and At Mind Executive Suites.
Tesco Lotus is located at nearby BTS Onnut. Udomsuk Market is an open-air food market. Near BTS Bang Chak is a CP Freshmart. The Jim Thompson Factory Outlet Store offers fine silk clothing. Nearby is Central Plaza Bangna.
