A joint venture between Chartchewa Co., Ltd, and Singapore holding company TEE development Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary company of TEE Land Ltd the company is primarily a developer of condominiums in Bangkok, and more recently townhouse and detached housing projects. Founded in 2008, Chewathai went public in 2015 and was listed on The Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2016.

Completed condominium projects include Chewathai Phetkasem 27, Chewathai Residence Bang Pho, Chewathai Residence Asoke (acquired from Group AQ Estate Co., Ltd.), Chewathai Interchange, Hallmark Ngamwongwan, Hallmark Cheangwattana, Chewathai Ramkhamhaeng, The Shine, Chiang Mai; Chewathai Ratchaprarop, and The Surawong. Chewathai has also developed ready-built factories at Amata City Industrial Estate in Rayong.
The company received three 2017 PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, for Best High-Rise High End Condo Development (Bangkok) for Chewathai Residence Bang Pho, Best High-Rise Affordable Condo Development (Bangkok) for Chewathai Phetkasem 27, and Best Housing Development (Bangkok) for Chewarom Rangsit – Don Mueang.
