Siamese Asset

Siamese Asset Company Limited is a privately-held property developer, primarily of condominiums in central Bangkok. It has also launched a detached housing estate, a live/work townhouse, an office building and a serviced residence. Affiliated companies Siamese Property Service Co. and Siamese Hospitality Co. assist with property rentals. The company was founded in 2010 and launched its first project, Siamese Gioia in 2012. Plans have been announced for an IPO by 2020. Kajonsit Singasansern serves as Managing Director, and Surawat Suwanyangyuen as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer.

With a company focus on investor sales, projects launched since 2017 have separate lobbies and swimming pools for residential tenants and investment unit owners. While many investors are Thai, the company has seen an increase in foreign participation, primarily from China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.

Featured brands are Siamese, Siamese Exclusive, Blossom and The Collection. As of late 2018, the company had launched 14 condominium projects, including:

• The Collection Sukhumvit 16, Siamese Exclusive Ratchada and Siamese Exclusive Sukhumvit 87, under construction with completion expected in 2021;
• Siamese Sukhumvit, Blossom Condo @ Fashion Beyond, Siamese Surawong and Siamese Sukhumvit 48, completion expected in 2019;
• Siamese Exclusive Queens and Blossom Condo @ Sathorn – Charoenrat, completed in 2018;
• Siamese Exclusive 31, completed in 2017;
• Siamese Exclusive 42 and Siamese Nang Linchee, completed in 2016.

In addition, Siamese KIN Ramintra is a detached housing estate under development at Ramindra Road 64, a co-development with Sekisui-SCG Industry Co. Plans were announced in 2018 to develop Siamese District, an office building opposite Fashion Island, which will be served by Bangkok's Pink Line monorail, scheduled to open in 2020. Other projects include Siamese Blossom @ Fashion Beyond townhouses and Siamese Ratchakru Residence at Pahon Yothin, a high-rise serviced apartment project.

The company has received numerous industry awards, including a 2016 Thailand Property Award for Best Boutique Developer, a 2014 Thailand Property Award (Best Housing Development) and a 2013 World Architecture Festival Best in Residential award for Siamese Blossom @ Fashion, and a 2011 Thailand Property Award (Best Luxury Condo Development Bangkok) for Siamese Gioria.
