Reservations & Payment Terms

At Park Origin Thonglor, a 1-bedroom unit starts at 10 million THB (USD$ 286,450.55, HK$ 2,232,867.30, SG$ 382,731, CNY 2,055,459.20, EUR€261,033.86 )  These prices are based on current exchange rates and may vary.

For Park Origin Thonglor, the payment terms are as follows:  A booking fee of THB 100,000 is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

A 30% deposit is required within 7 days of signing the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), with the remaining 70% minus 100,000 THB to be paid after booking 30-45 days.

After the free first-year promotion the Common Area Management charges are 95 Baht per square meter per month. Additionally, a one-time sinking fund fee of 900 Baht per sq.m. is required on the ownership transfer date. Additional costs include a 2% transfer fee (split equally with the developer), duty stamp/administrative fees, and a deposit for water and electricity meter installation.
