AP Thai

AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited is a residential property developer of condominiums, townhouses and single detached houses in Thailand, often in joint ventures with Mitsubishi Estate. It also provides after-sales, property brokerage, and construction and education services. Established in 1991 as Asian Property Co Ltd. the company became AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited in 2013. In 2017, AP received the SET “Outstanding Investor Relations” award.

Its project brands are: Rhythm, Life, Aspire and COO condominiums, and The Address luxury and Vittorio ultra-luxury condominiums; Baan Klang Krung,  Baan Klang Muang, Biztown and Pleno townhouses, and District home office townhouses; Soul, Mind Centro and Grande Pleno detached homes, and The City luxury and The Palazzo and Classe ultra-luxury homes. Over 10,000 new housing units came online in 2017, of which 60% are condominiums. Significant condominium project completions between 2018 and 2020 include Rhythm Ekkamai, Rhythm Rangnam, Life Pinklao, Life Sukhumvit 48, Life Asoke, Life Ladprao Valley, Life @ Phahon 18, Life Sukhumvit 62, Life One Wireless, Life Ladprao and Aspire Sathorn-Ratchaphruek.

A partnership with BMW Group Thailand, GLT Green Thailand and Central Group promotes electric vehicle usage by installing charging pods at its newest condominiums. AP's Smart Pod intelligent locker system enables condominium residents to receive deliveries 24 hours a day.

Key AP executive staff include Dr. Naris Chaiyasoot, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Anuphong Asavabhokhin, Board Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Ms Chidapa Amralikit, Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Somchai Wattanasaowapak, Chief Information Technology Officer; Mr. Pichet Vipavasuphakorn, Managing Director.

As of June, 2018, AP had registered capital of THB 3.146 billion. Total 2017 revenues were THB 22.35 billion, of which THB 21.12 billion was from property development. Net profit was THB 13.82 billion. AP's 52-week average stock price is approximately THB 7.50 – 9.60, with earnings per share of THB 0.28.
