Sansiri Public Company Ltd. is a leading Thailand residential property developer, with over 300 completed projects. Other business activities include real estate brokerage, property and hotel management, and the Habito lifestyle mall. Its brands include The Line, The Base, HAUS, XT, Baan Siri and D Condo condominiums, Siri Place, Town Avenue, Mettown and Garden Square townhouses, and Narasiri, Burasiri, Kanasiri, Setthasiri and Saransiri detached homes.

Founded in 1984 as San Samran Holding Company by the Chutrakul family, Sansiri PCL was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1996. It launched its first detached home project in 2001 and began expanding throughout Thailand in 2012.

Development projects completed in 2018 include The Base Garden-Rama 9, The Line Wongsawan and The Line Ratchathewi. Significant project completions after 2019 include Taka HAUS Ekamai 12, Kawa HAUS, Oka HAUS Sukhumvit 36, The Base Phet Kasem, KHUN by YOO, XT Ekkamai, XT Huaykhwang and XT Phayathai, D Control Campus Dome Rangsit, The Line Phahon-Pradipat, The Line Sukhumvit 101 and The Line Sathorn.

Sansiri industry awards include:

Sansiri has spearheaded numerous innovative lifestyle enhancements. Smart Move, a ride-sharing service utilising electric vehicles, is being introduced at selected residential projects. The company has partnered with BCPG to install solar panels at its residential properties. Sansiri-designed Smart Furniture is used in several locations. Partneships with Samitivej Hospital to design common areas for the elderly, and Educational Playgrounds, are now in use at various Sansiri properties.

Project presales in 2017 grew 24% to THB 38.6 billion. Its stock trades in the range of THB 1.5 – 2.5.
